Trainee Travel Award - American Society of Nephrology (ASN) Annual Kidney Week Meeting

American Society of Nephrology (ASN) Kidney Week 2025, the world’s premier nephrology meeting, will be held from November 5-9, 2025 in Houston, TX. For more information about the meeting, visit the ASN website.

Award details

• The CHOP PCEN will reimburse up to $1,000 to support travel/lodging for at least one trainee.
• A CHOP Nephrology faculty member will mentor the trainee during ASN Kidney Week.
• Applicants should be available to attend the entire meeting.

Application process

• Curriculum vitae
• Brief statement (200 words or less) to explain why you want to attend ASN Kidney Week, how it will benefit your career, and what makes you the best candidate for this support.
• Brief statement (200 words or less) to highlight your most meaningful experiences or accomplishments in nephrology. 
• Applications for the CHOP PCEN Trainee Travel Award will be reviewed on a rolling basis, but must be received by Friday, October 3, 2025.
