The Research PMO can provide advisory, audit or governance to your projects that are being managed by embedded or third party project managers. We will provide this oversight while leveraging industry standards and best practices. Audit and Advisory services will help a less experienced project manager, or business analyst, develop and manage their work more effectively and learn from our extensive experience.
Governance support will provide you with an independent, third-party resource that can manage change and communication across multiple functional teams.
