Seeking Healthy Participants for Muscle Accrual Study

The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is seeking healthy adolescents and young adults ages 16-22 years old, to participate in the Muscle Accrual in Cystic Fibrosis Research Study. We want to learn about how the muscles in healthy adolescents and young adults differ from the muscles of those with Cystic Fibrosis to inform future treatments. Participants will be asked to provide medical history information and undergo an MRI, an exercise test, muscle strength test and other testing that will be compared to cystic fibrosis patients. Participants will be compensated for their time.
