Dr. Douglas has extensive laboratory experience investigating the cellular immunology of HIV/AIDS, primary immune deficiency diseases, and cellular immunopathologies. In addition, he has had significant involvement in studies related to immunological interactions.
Dr. Hurt is interested in the effects of maternal substance use on the immediate and long-term outcome of children, understanding poverty and other complex factors that affect the lives of inner-city children, and neonatal outcomes.
Dr. Osterhoudt is an attending physician in the Division of Emergency Medicine and the medical director of the Poison Control Center at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. His interests include the clinical epidemiology and risk assessment of pediatric poisoning exposures, and infantile methemoglobinemia.
