Cynthia J. Mollen

Dr. Mollen's research career has been focusing on using non traditional setting as sites for interventions to improve adolescent reproductive health. She founded and oversees a research program in Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's Emergency Department that provides sexual health education and HIV testing services, and explores intervention opportunities for increasing access to reproductive health services in the ED.

Dr. Paskewich has expertise in translational research to develop, implement, and evaluate school-based aggression and bullying prevention programs. She develops implementation methods that integrate empirically supported prevention strategies with procedures that foster necessary school engagement.

Victoria A. Miller

Dr. Miller conducts developmentally informed behavioral research to examine the impact of parent-youth communication and decision making on health-related behaviors and outcomes. She aims to conduct research that facilitates youth involvement and empowerment in health-related decision making and enhances parent-youth-provider relationships.

Kenneth R. Ginsburg

Dr. Ginsburg’s research focuses on facilitating youth to develop their own solutions to social problems and to teach clinicians how to better serve them. His current focus is on translating the best of what is known from research and practice into practical approaches parents, professionals, and communities can use to build resilience.

Adda Grimberg, MD
Adda Grimberg

Dr. Grimberg investigates the growth hormone (GH)/insulin-like growth factor (IGF)-I axis and clinical issues related to child growth. Her recent research is focused on disparities in, and the decision-making related to, the medical management of children with short stature. She is fascinated by how differential societal pressures for tallness and the advent of an expensive therapeutic have transformed a fundamental aspect of pediatric healthcare.

Dr. Lisanti's research focuses on understanding the influence of individualized family-centered developmental care (IFDC) on infants with congenital heart disease and their families. She is investigating the biobehavioral mechanisms that influence parent stress and mental health symptoms, with the ultimate goal of discovering biological and psychosocial links between parent mental health and child developmental outcomes.
