Dr. French came to CHOP in 2008 to establish the Human Pluripotent Stem Cell Core in the Center for Cellular and Molecular Therapeutics. She is an internationally recognized researcher involved in multi-investigator teams that utilize pluripotent stem cells for modeling human disease to study mechanism, development, and establish new therapeutic modalities.

Dr. Gadue studies cell fate decisions, focusing on endoderm and mesoderm specification using human embryonic stem (ES) cells and induced pluripotent stem (iPS).

Dr. Chou focuses on regenerative blood cellular therapy, the mechanisms of normal human hematopoietic development, and the pathophysiology of pediatric hematologic diseases.

Ethan M. Goldberg, MD, PhD
Ethan M. Goldberg

Dr. Goldberg's research program focuses on investigating cerebral cortical circuit function and dysfunction in neurodevelopmental disorders. Using a variety of research techniques, Dr. Goldberg has a specific research interest in the workings of neuron subtype called GABAergic inhibitory interneuron and the role of interneuron dysfunction in disease.
