Dr. Shults works to develop statistical methods for longitudinal data that include semi-parametric approaches to account for subject/cluster level associations and maximum likelihood-based approaches for simulation and analysis of discrete longitudinal outcomes that may have overdispersion.

Dr. Fieldston focuses on evidence-based management aimed at delivering high-value care and the impact of operational issues on patient outcomes. His academic work included investigating associations between patient flow, care models, workload and occupancy levels, and resource utilization on the quality of healthcare delivered to children, particularly those in the hospital, as well as healthcare value and value education.
Dr. Grimberg investigates the growth hormone (GH)/insulin-like growth factor (IGF)-I axis and clinical issues related to child growth. Her recent research is focused on disparities in, and the decision-making related to, the medical management of children with short stature. She is fascinated by how differential societal pressures for tallness and the advent of an expensive therapeutic have transformed a fundamental aspect of pediatric healthcare.
Dr. Srinivasan is an attending neonatologist with the Pediatric Sepsis Program and the Division of Neonatology at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Her research focuses on biomarkers in neonatal inflammation and infection; and improving prediction, recognition and management of neonatal infections.
Dr. Bennett’s research interests include screening for medical and behavioral co-morbidities in individuals with developmental disabilities, with specific interest in improving screening and outcome measures for children with autism spectrum disorder.
Dr. Getz develops and applies advanced methods to enable epidemiologic research that aims to optimize the treatment and supportive care of children with cancer by balancing the therapeutic benefits and toxicity risks with an emphasis in cardio-oncology.
