Dr. Rasooly's research aims to understand diagnostic decision making and leverage the electronic health record to support diagnostic excellence. Her current work focuses on recognition of child abuse, evaluating decision making in simulation, and improving diagnostic performance at CHOP.

Dr. Taylor's translational and clinical research program focuses on preventing disorders like schizophrenia and bipolar disorder with psychotic features. He is particularly interested in the roles that oxidative stress and neuroinflammation play in psychosis symptom progression in youth.

Lan Chi "Krysti" Le Vo

Dr. Vo’s research mission is to develop evidence-based digital health interventions to improve outcomes. Her immediate focus is to develop digital health products for suicide risk screening of children and adolescents in primary care, and to connect those at risk to mental healthcare.

Tracy E. Waasdorp, PhD, MEd
Tracy E. Waasdorp, PhD, MEd

Dr. Waasdorp’s research focuses on translating child development theory and literature into prevention and intervention programming as well as examining the efficacy of school-based programming. Her programs aim to reduce bullying and aggression, improve children’s social and emotional skills, and help adults promote children’s positive peer relationships. She also has a strong focus on research methodology and related statistics.

Brooke Paskewich

Dr. Paskewich has expertise in translational research to develop, implement, and evaluate school-based aggression and bullying prevention programs. She develops implementation methods that integrate empirically supported prevention strategies with procedures that foster necessary school engagement.

Justine Shults, PhD, MS
Justine Shults

Dr. Shults works to develop statistical methods for longitudinal data that include semi-parametric approaches to account for subject/cluster level associations and maximum likelihood-based approaches for simulation and analysis of discrete longitudinal outcomes that may have overdispersion.
