Tiffany Ryan-D’Urso is administrative director at the Center for Autism Research (CAR) responsible for the financial, administrative, strategic planning, human resource, and organizational processes and infrastructure that support CAR’s research mission.
Bio
Tiffany Ryan-D'Urso, MS, MS is the administrative director for the Center for Autism Research (CAR). In collaboration with CAR's senior leadership, Ryan-D’Urso is responsible for the financial, administrative, strategic planning, human resource, and organizational processes and infrastructure that support CAR's research mission. She works closely with the principal investigators for all projects conducted at CAR and assists them in managing grant submissions and funding portfolios, progress reporting, project spending, and other regulatory requirements.
Prior to being promoted to administrative manager, Ryan-D'Urso served as the clinic coordinator at CAR for more than 3 years, where she helped manage the operations of the research clinic and handled all facets of cross-study coordination. She received her bachelor's degree in Psychology in 2004 from Saint Joseph's University and master's degree in Experimental Psychology from Saint Joseph's University in 2005. In 2008, she received her second master's degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College, during which time she completed a year-long clinical internship providing individual and group therapy to child victims of trauma. Prior to joining the Center for Autism Research in 2009, she was the program coordinator for the Starting Young Program at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, an interdisciplinary pediatric developmental evaluation clinic directed by Judith A. Silver, PhD.
