Stephon N. Proctor, PhD, ABPP, is clinical child psychologist specializing in the evaluation and treatment of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, disruptive behavior disorders, and anxiety disorders.
Dr. Proctor's expertise spans clinical psychology and healthcare informatics. He has pioneered the integration of artificial intelligence into eletrconic health systems to transform patient communication and reduce clinician workload. His work in behavioral health informatics has set national benchmarks, particularly in implementing routine patient monitoring systems that enhance mental health care quality and safety.
Committed to advancing the field, Dr. Proctor regularly contributes to industry conferences and mentors clinicians transitioning to informatics roles. His innovative work has been recognized within the Epic user community, and he drives forward-thinking initiatives that bridge clinical needs with technological solutions.
Board certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology in Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology, Dr. Proctor is also an AMIA Certified Health Informatics Professional (ACHIP). As Clinical Director of the EHR Platform at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, he leads institutional efforts to enhance patient care through innovative health information technology solutions.
