Stephanie S. Tuman is the Clinical Research Program Manager for the NICHD-funded CHOP/Penn Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Research Center and provides administrative support for the Center for Autism Research.
Bio
Stephanie S. Tuman, MA, is the Clinical Research Program Manager II for the NICHD-funded CHOP/Penn Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Research Center (IDDRC) where she leads administrative operations, oversees financial management, and ensures regulatory compliance to support groundbreaking research into intellectual and developmental disabilities.
In addition, she provides comprehensive research administrative support for the Center for Autism Research (CAR), including coordinating grant submissions, progress reports, and assisting principal investigators in maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Before joining the IDDRC and CAR, Stephanie served as the Clinical Research Study Manager for the School-Based Aggression and Bullying Prevention Research pillar within CHOP’s Center for Violence Prevention. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Immaculata University (2011) and a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University (2014). Prior to her tenure at CHOP, she worked as a K-12 school-based counselor and prevention specialist, focusing on student support and intervention.
