Dr. Kim conducts clinical evaluations for infants and school-age children for studies exploring language and development. Her work at the Center for Autism Research focuses on developing and implementing behavioral protocols to support children who are participating in neuroimaging research studies.
Bio
Mina Kim, PhD, NCSP, is a scientist and licensed psychologist at the Lurie Family Foundations Magnetoencephalography (MEG) Imaging Center. She earned her doctoral degree in School Psychology at Temple University and is a nationally certified School Psychologist. Dr. Kim completed her predoctoral internship at the Penn Center for Mental Health before coming to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia for her postdoctoral fellowship.
Dr. Kim conducts clinical evaluations for infants, school-age children, and adults for research studies exploring language and development. Her work at the Center for Autism Research focuses on developing and implementing behavioral protocols to assist children on the autism spectrum who are participating in neuroimaging (MEG and MRI) research studies. She collaborates with a team of MEG/MRI technologists, research assistants, and scientists to support children during neuroimaging data collection.
