Dr. Yun is an attending physician in the Division of General Pediatrics and the Refugee Health Program at CHOP, Health Equity faculty at PolicyLab, and an associate professor of Pediatrics at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research focus is on access and equity in refugee and immigrant health.
Bio
Dr. Katherine Yun’s primary interest is refugee and immigrant health, specifically health equity and access for children in immigrant families in the United States. She is a collaborator with the Centers of Excellence in Refugee Health (now Centers of Excellence in Newcomer Health) and the National Resource Center for Refugees, Immigrants, and Migrants (NRC-RIM) to support health departments and community organizations working with refugee, immigrant, and migrant communities that have been disproportionately affected by COVID-19.
