Dermatologist

Dr. Wan focuses her research on chronic inflammatory skin diseases, primarily atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. Through her work she aims to understand and address the health, social, and life impacts of chronic skin disease in children.

Bio

Dr. Wan is an instructor in the Department of Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania and an attending dermatologist at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Her clinical and research interests include atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, and pediatric dermatoepidemiology.

Dr. Wan received her AB in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard University and her MD from the University of Pennsylvania. She completed dermatology residency training at the University of Pennsylvania, during which time she also obtained a Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology and pursued postdoctoral research training in clinical epidemiology. She subsequently completed a clinical fellowship in pediatric dermatology at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
