Dr. Chuo's research focus is the use of innovation and technology in quality improvement implementation and evaluation, including innovative healthcare delivery models using telemedicine and collaborative clinical networks.

Bio

Dr. Chuo's research focus is the use of innovation and technology in quality improvement implementation, including collaborative healthcare delivery models using telemedicine. He is an experienced educator for medical, post-graduate, allied health, and health professionals. In addition, he has extensive clinical experience and is an authority on Quality and Implementation Science, Informatics, and Digital Health Innovations.

Dr. Chuo is a neonatal quality officer for the CHOP Newborn Care Network, clinical champion for Digital Health and Innovations at CHOP, and co-director of the Digital Health Innovation Core with the Center for Human Phenomic Sciences.
