Penn High-throughput Screening Core

The Penn High-throughput Screening (PHTS) Core provides the PennCHOP research community with professional PHTS screening services to identify genes or organic small molecule modulators of signaling pathways, cellular phenotypes, and protein function in models of human disease. The PHTS assembles libraries of metabolites — many of which are microbial produced or modified — for use in screening assays. Penn and CHOP researchers provide the assays, and the Core carries out high-throughput screening.
