The PASSAGE Program — Partnership with Autistics for Successfully Supporting Adult Goals and Experiences — focuses on the transition to adulthood for autistic teens and young adults, ages 14-25.

The program aims to support and empower young people to achieve their goals and attain fulfilling levels of independence through rigorous research, field-leading clinical care, and accessible trainings and resources for autistic young people, their families, and care providers.

Clinical Services

The PASSAGE Program's clinical care model focuses on helping families set and work toward individualized goals for transitioning to adulthood.

PASSAGE clinical services include:

  • Transition-to-adulthood assessments
  • Brief solution-focused therapy in individualized consultation sessions
  • First-time autism evaluation for young adults.

Current services include evaluations, clinical consultation, transition goal planning, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interventions for daily living skills. The variety of interventional services offered will expand as PASSAGE grows.
