Optical Neuroimaging Laboratory Team
The Optical Neuroimaging Lab seeks to build a collaborative team of neuroscientists, engineers, and technicians to perform research from the bench to the bedside. They work closely with other labs at CHOP and the University of Pennsylvania to integrate functional neuroimaging with animal models and pediatric patients.

Brian R. White, MD, PhD
Assistant Professor
Dr. White develops novel optical functional neuroimaging systems and algorithms to better understand pediatric neuronal injury. His research includes optical intrinsic signal imaging, diffuse optical tomography, and resting-state functional connectivity.
