This study will enroll male and female subjects of any age who have weakened immune systems, such as patients undergoing stem cell transplant and those receiving treatment for cancer.  Participants are asked to provide stool samples, saliva samples, and mouth swab samples for up to six months around their treatment.  The study team will also review participants' medical records, and retrieve/save any leftover samples that are collected as a part of normal care.
