Confirm Your Study is Built in EPIC

Once you have your approved IRB number, Workday number, and have the study activated in OnCore, the OnCore system automatically sends the study info to be built in EPIC. In addition, you may be required to submit a request to build study order sets (e.g. blood test, IDS drug dispense order sets, report or lab alerts) in EPIC through IS Service Now (log in required).

Creating your study in EPIC will assure that the correct study information is available to be attached to your patient and to the visit so that the research billing process can occur. For the Epic only studies, submit the eIRB record and a Service Now ticket so that your study can be built in Epic.
