Join us for a special presentation about new technology for spatial biology profiling hosted by the Penn Molecular Pathology and Imaging Core, and the CHOP Single Cell Technology Core.

Industry experts will discuss how the GeoMx digital spatial profiler uses spatial and molecular profiling technologies by generating a whole-tissue image at single-cell resolution and digital profiling data for whole transcriptome RNA or more than 150 protein analytes. The technology uses an Illumina sequencer for output, enabling rapid and quantitative analysis of heterogeneous tissue samples.

During the seminar we will also kick off a grant award program that will include two winners of a two-slide project.

Get all your questions about spatial biology answered while enjoying some pizza.
