SciPhD Leadership and Negotiations Workshop

As part of National Postdoc Appreciation Week, join a workshop on leadership and negotiations from SciPhD Training.

This workshop includes the complete “Leadership-Developing Your People” from the SciPhD Certificate Program and integrates the critical components of negotiations, including the introduction of “integrative” vs. “distributive” negotiations and how that fosters a shared sense of purpose. Specific techniques for negotiations that utilize emotional intelligence and social intelligence will also be covered. Experiential sessions will be employed to reinforce the concepts.
