CHOP Gateway to Pediatric Research Program: A Postdoctoral Diversity Initiative

Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia is pleased to announce the Gateway to Pediatric Research Program will take place virtually on Nov. 17, 2021.

Part I: Nov. 17 - 11:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Part II: Spring 2022

Part I of the Gateway to Pediatric Research Program introduces research at CHOP to promising senior graduate students and junior postdoctoral fellows. Individuals from different backgrounds, races, ethnic groups, life experiences, research experiences, and employment backgrounds are encouraged to register. This includes individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds and women underrepresented in their scientific disciplines.

Participants from across the nation are invited to learn about the breadth of research and state-of-the-art facilities at CHOP and hear from current CHOP postdocs about life and research in Philly. Opportunities to apply for relocation awards and funded fellowships will also be discussed.
