About the speaker:
Dr. Wiens has taught frequently at Wharton Executive Education and in the PennCLO Executive Doctoral Program. She holds a Master’s and a doctorate from the PennCLO Executive Doctoral Program at the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from the University of Oregon, and a BS in Business Administration from Montana State University. Her areas of expertise include burnout, emotional intelligence, resiliency, and organizational change and culture. She is the sole PennCLO executive doctoral student ever to be honored with triple distinctions for dissertation proposal, dissertation research, and dissertation final defense hearing.
