Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Research Institute is currently undertaking a self-assessment of artificial intelligence (AI) research with the goal of understanding both the internal and external landscapes. We invite you to join us for two days in December as we hear directly from the scientists who are conducting this work and address the challenges and opportunities it offers.
On Dec. 6, we will lead with science. Three CHOP computer scientists will present their work using AI to solve challenging problems in child health:

Presenters:
Scott Haag, PhD
Dr. Haag is supervisor of Applied Data Science with the Arcus team at CHOP and an assistant research professor in the Department of Computer Science at Drexel University's College of Computing & Informatics.
Maryam Daniali, PhD
Dr. Daniali is a data scientist with the Arcus team. Her work focuses on machine learning, natural language processing, large language models, and computational neuroscience.
Jenna Young, PhD
Dr. Young is a data scientist and neuroimaging researcher in the Brain-Gene-Development Lab at CHOP.
