Service: Provision New TKG Cluster
Requisites: TKG Project Name
Step 1
Connect to https://www.research.chop.edu/applications/cirrus and click "Cirrus Log In"
Step 2
At the Login prompt, enter your CHOP username, click "Remember this setting" and Click "Next"
Step 3
Enter your CHOP Password and Click the "Sign in" button
Step 4
Click on Consume tab (It should be the default when first log in)
Step 5
In the Search for Catalog type "TKG" and choose "Provision New TKG Cluster"
Or in the sidebar, under search projects and Click to select "Kubernetes Services" catalog item in the left navigation pane and then select "Provision New TKG Cluster"
Step 6
Please select the project name from "Select Project" Drop Down menu, this is the project you will create the cluster for:

Select a name for the cluster in "Enter Cluster Name", if the name is available you receive the message telling you about it. Make sure you name selection is only lower case.
Step 8
Select Master Node qualification – Small, or Medium - from the drop menu "Select Master Class"
Step 9
Select Master Node Count from the Drop down menu "Select Master Count" from 1 to 3
Step 10
Select Workers Node Class – Small, or Medium – from drop down menu "Select Worker Class"
Step 11
Select Worker Node Count from Drop down menu "Select Worker Count" from 1 to 10

Select Production State – Production, or Non Production – from the drop menu "Production State"
Step 13
Leave a brief cluster description
Step 14
Review your inputs and then submit the request
Step 15
Click "Submit" to finish
Service: Provision New TKG Project
Requisites: Cost Center and Activity
Step 1
Connect to https://www.research.chop.edu/applications/cirrus and click "Cirrus Log In"
Step 2
At the Login prompt, enter your CHOP username, click "Remember this setting" and Click "Next"
Step 3
Enter your CHOP Password and Click the "Sign in" button
Step 4
Click on Consume tab (It should be the default when first log in)
Step 5
In the Search for Catalog type "TKG" and Choose "Provision New TKG Project"
Or in the sidebar, under search projects and Click to select "Kubernetes Services" catalog item in the left navigation pane and then select "Provision New TKG Project"
Step 6
Please click the Cost Center Information Tab:
Under the Cost Center Information tab, please search and choose your Cost Center and Grant ID. You can search the field by grant owner or grant number or cost center number.
Select grant field going to populate accordingly. Please choose your grant from the drop-down menu
Step 7
Now Select "TKG Project Details" by selecting the second tab, and fill in "Project Name"
Step 8
Enter the storage Limit, Comment to Approver and brief description of the project next

If you would like to add additional user access to the project, please click “Add User(s) to TKG Project Access”
Start searching for users by the entering CHOP user first name or last name and choose the user from the pop-up menu. If you need to add other users, please click the 'x' icon or press delete to remove the name typed and type another user first or last name then choose the new user to add to the list – as per the screenshot below.
Step 10
You can add multiple owners for the TKG Project, please select "Add Additional Owners" for the desired effect. Follow the same notion as above to search for the users.
Start searching for users by the entering CHOP user first name or last name and choose the user from the pop-up menu. If you need to add other users, please click the 'x' icon or press delete to remove the name typed and type another user first or last name then choose the new user to add to the list – as per the screenshot below.

Click "Submit" to finish
