The Career Mentoring Program at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia allows postdocs an opportunity to develop a career mentoring relationship with CHOP postdoc alumni from various career paths or faculty beyond their department or division. This secondary mentorship enriches the postdoc experience by providing a well-rounded support team to ensure career success.

The Office of Academic Training and Outreach Programs is seeking current and recently promoted postdoctoral fellow applicants for this mentorship initiative in Summer 2024.
