CAG Genotyping Core


Established in 2006, the Center for Applied Genomics Genotyping Laboratory is fully equipped with state-of-art technology and experienced staff members who are integrated with CAG’s biorepository and bioinformatics groups, keeping all stages of collaborators’ studies connected. CAG’s teams have expertise in carrying out large-scale NGS, GWAS, CNV, and methylation studies. Currently at CAG, there are more than 60 active disease projects, both internal and collaborative, with investigators worldwide.
