Wet Lab Survey Improvement Questionnaire

The Office of Research Safety is reviewing and updating the Laboratory Safety Survey program for all wet labs across the CHOP Research Institute.

We want to hear from affected stakeholders and end users in the laboratories about what areas could use the most improvement. To aid in this endeavor, we have developed a survey to obtain targeted feedback on the format and maintenance of the program. Our goal is to increase overall safety at the Research Institute while reducing time spent and the administrative burden of the survey process.

All wet lab researchers are encouraged to complete the REDCap Survey by Sept. 30.

Please forward this notice to everyone in your lab so as many research staff as possible can participate in the survey.
