The Pathology Core is upgrading its fluorescent slide scanner. The new Hamamatsu NanoZoomer S60 digital slide scanner will streamline the core’s workflow, allowing our team to batch scan up to 60 slides in a run.

The new slide scanner will support up to five channels (i.e., DAPI, 488, 594, 647, 780) for researchers’ whole slide fluorescent scanning needs. Additional announcements will be forthcoming in anticipation of delivery and installation.

Contact Core Director Daniel Martinez with questions about the upgrade.
