The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI) has opened its new Pediatric Networks for the Human Cell Atlas (HCA) Request for Applications. Focused on supporting collaborative teams of researchers to contribute healthy, single-cell reference data from pediatric tissue samples to the HCA, CZI invites applications for three-year collaborative projects.

This RFA is intended to support established teams as well as new collaborations, including international collaborations, and welcomes proposals that will make significant contributions toward single-cell reference data for the community of patients, clinicians, and researchers engaged in pediatric research.

The HCA also set up the HCA CZI Pediatric Registry to support the community as they identify potential collaborators for their applications.

Application deadline is March 30, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. PT.
