The Arcus Data Annotation Initiative seeks researchers who are currently labeling their data to help establish best practices for data labels and annotations for CHOP’s clinical and research data assets.

In addition to improving data quality and searchability, gold standard annotated data is essential as we continue to build the CHOP library archive to support clinical research and advance machine learning and artificial intelligence in research at CHOP.
