Get Ready for CRISPR-READI
Published on January 12, 2024 in Announcements · Last updated 7 months 2 weeks ago
The Transgenic Core at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia has partnered with the University of Pennsylvania to establish the new CRISPR-READI protocol.
This protocol enables researchers the opportunity to create disease models with large genetic changes, which was previously only possible with embryonic stem cells. This service significantly reduces the time-frame and cost of making disease model lines with large knock-ins.
