Calling All Amateur Chefs, Bakers, and Mixologists!

The First Annual CHOP Research Recipe Swap, sponsored and organized by the CHOP Postdoctoral Alliance, is now accepting entries from researchers and staff across CHOP Research Institute.

DEADLINE EXTENDED: Submit your recipe by Monday, December 21, 2020.

A recipe swap? What’s that?

We are collecting your best recipes via this online form to bring everyone a little winter cheer! We know CHOP researchers are innovators - let’s see if that translates to the kitchen!

Is your grandmother’s Super Stellar Sage Stuffing a staple at the dinner table? Have you spent the last six months perfecting your samosa recipe? Do you scoff at store-bought blueberry pies? Have you mastered your jalapeño margarita recipe? Now is your time to shine! Now is your time to shine!

A collection of submitted recipes will be distributed into a PDF and distributed to registrants/participants in the new year. Follow us on Twitter (@CHOP_Postdocs) to preview recipes as they come in!

Why should I participate?

Everyone’s a little happier with a full belly, and the CHOP Research Institute is a vibrant community consisting of individuals from around the world and from a multitude of cultures. Let’s take this season to celebrate each other, our diversity, and our taste buds.

How else can I show off my culinary skills?

When you submit a recipe, you’ll be able to upload a picture or video of your masterpiece, and you’ll be credited as the submitter! Remember, presentation is a key part of the experience. No sad white plates with a wilting sprig of parsley, please!
