CHOP RI Website – New User Experience/User Interface

One of the most complex undertakings in relaunching the main website for Children's Hospital of Research Institute last fall was designing a site that brought a brand-new look, feel, and functionality to its highly engaged audience. The challenge laid in mapping out and understanding user expectations while creating an innovative User Experience and User Interface that not only met immediate needs, but eyed the future as well. Experienced, longtime CHOP Research Institute Administration staff including Lindsay Cowen, senior user experience designer/developer, and Juliet Kilcoyne, art director, guided this intricate process.
