Are you looking for opportunities to build your CV, grow as a leader, develop transferable skills, and network? The CPA is currently accepting applications for multiple positions!

The CPA is a postdoc-led organization that organizes professional development programming, builds community, and creates networking opportunities for CHOP postdocs. Learn more about the CPA.

Committee Time Commitment

• Attend 1-2 monthly meetings
• Few occasional hours to help organize events
• Postdocs of all backgrounds, disciplines, and experience levels are encouraged to get involved

Co-Chair

• Co-lead the monthly Steering Committee meetings
• Recruit members for other roles
• Lead projects that enhance the postdoc experience at CHOP
• Serve as postdoc community representative on the Academic Training Advisory Council (ATAC)
• Represent the CPA at the annual National Postdoc Association (NPA) meeting

Treasurer/Secretary

• Attend monthly Steering Committee meetings
• Create and post meeting agendas, record and post Steering Committee minutes, and track meeting attendance
• Coordinate with Co-chairs and ATOP representatives to create and track CPA budget
• Keeping an up-to-date list of CPA committee members and ongoing projects
