Back-to-School Supply Drive

The CHOP Postdoc Alliance (CPA) and Postdocs for Diversity in Science (PDS) are hosting a Back-to-School Supply Drive to benefit Teachers’ Teammates, a nonprofit built by former educators and parents who recognize that teachers must reach deep into their own wallets far too often to buy basic supplies their classrooms need. Their mission is to ensure all K-12 students in Delaware County have the resources they need to thrive in their education.

The drive takes place from September 1 to 24. Drop boxes are located in the Abramson and Roberts Building Lobbies.

Needed Supplies

  • Pencil Pouches, 3 hole grommet type
  • Reams of Copy Paper
  • Markers: Washable, Dry Erase and Highlighters
  • Pencil sharpeners (dual hole barrel type)
  • Rulers - marked with inches and metrics
  • Composition and Single Subject Spiral Notebooks - wide-rule and college-rule
  • Filler Paper - wide-rule and college-rule
  • Erasers - wedge and pencil top
  • Crayons and Colored Pencils
  • 2-pocket folders
  • Glue sticks and Glue bottles
