Transgenics and Knockouts
In addition to commercially available resources, we have a number of transgenic and knockout lines including:
nNOS KO (obtained from Paul Huang)
GluR-A KO (obtained from Rolf Sprengel)
VAchT-CRE (slow and fast) transgenic (obtained from Hidemi Misawa)

Also, a transgenic line with the GluR1 expression under the control of the ChAT promoter is under development.
