Hedwig van Ameringen Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine (ELAM) Program for Women

Audience: Women associate or full professors at schools of medicine, dentistry and public health who aspire to positions of institutional leadership where they can effect positive change. Participants must be nominated by either the dean of their medical, dental or public health school or the CEO of their academic health center.
Topics: Emerging issues in leadership and academic health administration, interpersonal competencies, organizational systems, and financial analysis
Schedule and Costs: This year's program is full. There is no information currently available for the 2014-2015 year. Applicants must be nominated by the dean of the School of Medicine or by the CEO of the Academic Health Center.
