- "The impact of certificate of need programs on neonatal intensive care units," a study published this year in Journal of Perinatology by Dr. Scott Lorch, has been recognized as one of the top ten publications in neonatology this quarter, having been selected to "Editor's Choice" by the e-Journal of Neonatology.
