Dr. Manfredi is a clinical autism postdoctoral fellow at the Center for Autism Research. She earned her B.A. in psychology with a minor in health studies from Montclair State University in 2003. She earned her M.A. in 2007 and her Psy.D. in clinical psychology from Widener University in 2009, with concentrations in school and neuropsychology. Her dissertation focused on the impact of executive functioning difficulties on social and adaptive skills in children with high-functioning autism and Asperger's syndrome.

Dr. Manfredi is also a certified school psychologist for the state of Pennsylvania. Over the past 5 years, she has worked with children with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism, genetic disorders, ADHD, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, seizure disorders, and metabolic disorders, conducting diagnostic and neuropsychological evaluations, as well as designing and implementing behavioral and social skills interventions. Dr. Manfredi is particularly interested in brain-behavior relationships, early diagnosis and intervention, and enhancing the effectiveness of interventions for children with autism spectrum disorders.
