Special Projects
The Protein Core Facility is interested in helping with more than just the routine services. We are interested in collaborating on projects that might require extended expertise: mass spectrometry, multidimensional chromatography, analytical ultracentrifugation (AUC), and SPR (Biacore) based techniques. Areas of particular interest to us are Protein-Protein interaction (co-immuno purification & MS identification, quantitative interaction analysis by AUC and SPR) and Proteomics (Expression difference mapping, protein profiling, and protein post-translational modification).
