We provide services for high-throughput next-generation sequencing using the Illumina HiSeq 4000 and 2500 platforms. Standard services include: Whole Exome Sequencing (WES), Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS), Targeted Region Sequencing (TRS), Transcriptome and digital expression profiling (RNA-SEQ), Small RNA discovery (smRNA-SEQ), and multiplex sequencing (multiple samples in one lane) for pre-made libraries.
Pricing for our services is based on the length of the sequencing run, project data requirements, and run mode (single read, paired end, rapid runs, etc.). Besides the price per sample, there may be other charges associated with each project (sample QC fees, data analysis fees, data transfer fees, etc.), so please contact us when estimating the total cost for a project.
Turn Around Time
A project's turn around time (TAT) will vary depending on the number of sample and type of sequencing. The HTS core defines TAT as the time it takes a project to begin library construction, continue through sequencing, and to end with delivery of FASTQ file data. Please contact us to determine this information for specific projects. Also, unless otherwise indicated, TATs are targets that the core aims to meet. There are occasions when the final data release is ealier or delayed for various reasons. However, every effort is made to meet each TAT goals.
